MeetingConfirmed sends calendar invites, confirmations and reminders on behalf of the sales teams that use it. If you have received an email from meetings@ this domain, it relates to a meeting you agreed to on a recent call.

What we do

• Send the calendar invite for your meeting, with the correct time in your timezone and a joining link.
• Send a confirmation before the meeting, and make it easy to reschedule or cancel from any email we send.
• Where a notetaker joins a meeting, it announces itself at the start and the recording is handled under our privacy policy.

Security and privacy

Links in our emails are signed, single-purpose and expiring. We never ask you to create an account or enter a password. Meeting data is stored encrypted and retained only as long as our privacy policy allows.
