MeetingConfirmed schedules and supports business meetings on behalf of the companies that use it (our clients). For meeting scheduling we process personal data as a processor on our clients' instructions.

What we process

• Contact details you shared on a call: name, work email address, job title, company and timezone.
• Meeting logistics: invitation, acceptance or decline, reschedules, cancellations and attendance.
• Where a notetaker attends a meeting: the recording and a transcript. The notetaker announces itself when it joins, and will leave on request.

How long we keep it

Meeting recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months by default, or less where a client specifies a shorter period, and are then deleted. Scheduling records are retained for the duration of our client relationship.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email we have sent you, or write to the contact address in that email, and we will respond within one month.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Links we email are signed, single-purpose and expire automatically. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
